If your product is defective or does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a streamlined exchange or refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the online portal or email with your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Scooter
Carefully repackage your scooter in its original factory box, including all manuals, chargers, and tools, ensuring the unit is clean and free of road debris.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location for secure transit back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
